Dynamic walking with special developed sticks like cross-country-skiing - this is nordic walking. It improves condition and your heart circulation system, support the bloodflow, strengthen your immune system and trains several muscle groups of your legs and body. the only thing you need is walking-, light hiking ort sport shoes. We provide the sticks for free.
Every Tuesday and Friday in the summer you can train with our instrcutor Anneliese. She walks about 1 hour and gives you helpful hints and advices.
